Welcome to our spacious, air-conditioned 2 room apartment (54 m²). Very quiet, recently renovated, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Excellent hillside location in the first row with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains from the large terrace (18 m²). It has a bedroom with two single beds, which can be put together. Living room with sofa bed and fully equipped open kitchen. International satellite TV and fast WiFi internet are available free of charge in the apartment. Bathroom with full bath and washing machine as well as a large furnished and sunny terrace.

The Monseñor residential complex has 7 pools (2 children’s pools), one with a slide and 6 lifts (3 with panoramic views). In addition, a tennis court, squash court, games area (billiards, table football, table tennis, exercise bikes), children’s playground, pool bar, restaurant, pizzeria, Canarian tapas bar, German bakery, mini market, hairdresser, outdoor area with fitness equipment, reception with various book rentals Languages as well as the possibility of renting cars. Enjoy the sun on more than 300 days a year in one of the best climates in the world. On the spacious south-east terrace you can experience the sunrise and direct sunlight until 4 p.m. Garden furniture, sun loungers and beach towels are of course ready for you. A large awning provides shade if necessary.
The facility is private and is not managed by a tour operator. This guarantees peace and relaxation. The residents come from all over Europe and are mostly middle-aged. The house rules must be accepted. All communal facilities can be used free of charge.
In walking distance (200m) you will find a small shopping center with a large Spar supermarket (delivery of purchases to the apartment possible), pharmacy, ATM, restaurants, cafes, Irish pub and shops. You can walk to Playa del Cura beach (gently sloping sandy beach) in just 3 minutes (350m). Other beaches in the area: Amadores (1.5 km, Caribbean sand and closed bay), Puerto Rico (4 km, nightlife, shopping and harbor) and 9 km Puerto de Mogan.

Very beautiful 18-hole golf course (Anfi Tauro Golf) only 2 kilometers away. Other activities in the immediate vicinity: tennis, beach volleyball, swimming, diving, sailing, surfing, jet skiing, boat excursions, fishing, trekking, hiking, mountain biking, racing bikes, motorcycling, paragliding etc.
